At the end of the day most were wanting to come back for another run today and a
couple expressed interest in running sprintacrs in the future.

Interesting reading the discussions relating to sedan specs and having checked the OQSA spec sheet I realized that due to an error on my part it should read independant allowed - front only. In the old spec sheet for NQSSA it referred to the front suspension only when meaning independant suspension. The old cars were solid axle in the rear and that spec will be maintained on current racecars!

the only people not raving about the race where all the knockers of the track prep before the race, they were too busy eating humble pie to talk !

Many moons ago, Bob & I were talking about writing a comprehensive history of 1/4 scale sprintcars in Australia. We've decided to put our ideas in motion and get the wheels turning.

So we're calling upon you - the passionate and tragic members of this great community to tell us all that you know (or remember).

Anything & everything will be greatly appreciated - whether it's a detailed insight into the conception of the sport, telling us who won the Vic title in 1999 or just a fond memory of racing.. so get thinking, and put that pen to paper!
(:D
